Women into High Performance Case Studies - Lorna Moser

In this podcast, we spoke to Lorna Moser, a boxing coach with England Boxing who was selected for UK Coaching's Women into High Performance programme

Lorna fell into coaching by accident. After training at Stockbridge ABC to improve her marathon time, the head coach there Mark Kinney offered her an assistant coach role.

Fast forward 10 years, Lorna has been part of the Hook and Jabs female squads in the North West, worked with England Boxing as a chaperone and is currently as one of their pool coaches.

Lorna's approach to coaching is person-centred, and midway through the Women into High Performance programme she talked to us about self-reflection and how to move forward as a coach.
